Meclizine in Vinil tablet works by dampening the overactive neural pathway between the inner ear and the brain and suppressing the vomiting center in the brain. Vitamin B6 in Vinil tablet works by increasing the level of a calming chemical messenger and thereby reducing the sensation of nausea.

Most side effects of Vinil tablet do not require any medical attention and disappear or reduce to a negligible level as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or make you feel uneasy. The common side effects include dry mouth, headache, fatigue and drowsiness. Every patient need not necessarily experience all or any of these side effects but it helps to be aware of the possibilities.
