Fexofenadine in Bfex ML tablet works by blocking the action of another chemical messenger called histamine responsible for allergic responses such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Most side effects of Bfex ML tablet do not require any medical attention and disappear or reduce to a minimum level as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist. The most common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, skin rash, flu-like symptoms, and headache.
