Azimira Tablets

Azimira tablet is an antibiotic used to treat certain bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin & soft tissue, typhoid fever and some sexually transmitted diseases.

Azithromycin 500mg / 250mg tablets

Take Azimira tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Azimira tablet may be taken with or without food. Complete the full course as prescribed to ensure effective treatment and to reduce the risk of relapse and antibiotic resistance.

Azimira tablet works by stopping the growth of bacteria that causes infection.

Most side effects of Azimira tablet do not require any medical attention and disappear or reduce to a negligible level as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist. Common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and headache. Every patient need not necessarily experience all or any of these side effects but it helps to be aware of the possibilities.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, lactating, having liver disease, kidney disease, or any other chronic illness or known allergy to any medicine. Inform your doctor if you have past history of jaundice. Share with him the details of medicines you are currently taking if any. The doctor may want to weigh the benefit against risk of choosing this medicine, and in some cases, adjust its dosage or choose an alternative.
